A 2018 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry with a one-year residency in New York City. Tommy leads the practice day to day and personally handles preventative, restorative, and cosmetic cases for patients of every age.

Kiersten is a registered dental hygienist at High + Henderson Dental, where she focuses on preventing and treating gum disease through education, compassion, and personalized care. She joined the practice this year, but has worked with Dr. Rouse for several years previously, bringing a familiar connection and strong clinical background to the team.

Kiersten earned her degree from Youngstown State University in 2019. She loves helping patients improve their oral health and understand the important connection between the mouth and overall systemic health. She also enjoys serving as a clinical instructor with Columbus State Community College’s Dental Hygiene program.

Her approach to care is rooted in active listening, education, and meeting patients where they are. Outside the office, Kiersten enjoys strength training, trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and SCUBA diving. Fun fact: she used to work with dolphins and sea lions.

Hannah is a registered dental hygienist who has been part of High + Henderson Dental since 2021. She provides quality care through routine dental cleanings while also creating a comfortable space where patients feel heard, understood, and supported.

Hannah earned her degree from Columbus State Community College in 2021. One of her favorite parts of being a hygienist is building relationships with patients. She loves when patients become friends and values the trust that allows them to share stories about their families, vacations, and everyday lives.

Her patient care philosophy is to meet patients where they are while staying honest about their dental needs and recommendations. Outside the office, Hannah is busy with kids and dogs, enjoys learning about investing, and loves true-crime documentaries. Her favorite food is smoked brisket, and she is a Luke Combs fan.

Joanna is a registered dental hygienist at High + Henderson Dental. She joined the practice part-time in 2018 and became full-time in 2020. In her role, she helps patients maintain their oral health through professional cleanings, preventive care, and education.

Joanna earned her dental hygiene degree from Columbus State Community College in 2018. She loves seeing patients improve their oral health by following home care recommendations tailored to their needs. Her approach combines clinical excellence with compassion and individualized care, helping each patient feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Outside the office, Joanna enjoys golfing, hanging out with her dog, and taking trips to the beach. She also graduated from the University of Toledo with a double major in Mathematics and Education.

Ann is the office manager at High + Henderson Dental and has been part of the practice since 2015. She oversees the daily administrative and operational functions of the office, helping create a smooth, supportive experience for both patients and the clinical team.

Ann earned her degree from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their care, and she values the long-term relationships built within a dental practice. Her approach centers on honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, and exceptional patient service.

Outside the office, Ann is an avid animal lover who enjoys spending time with her horses, dogs, and family. She also studied art at CCAD and enjoys Mexican food, George Strait, Zach Top, and the movie Happy Gilmore.

Mynde joined High + Henderson Dental in April 2026 as a patient care coordinator. In her role, she helps patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment planning, ensuring they feel informed and cared for throughout their experience.

Mynde is passionate about patient care and patient service. She enjoys getting to know patients on a personal level and believes everyone deserves compassion, comfort, and support when receiving dental care. Her warm approach aligns with the practice’s goal of helping patients feel welcome, heard, and confident in their care.

Outside the office, Mynde loves the beach, a good book, seafood, country music, and spending time with her four grandkids. Fun fact: she is a reality TV junkie.

Erin has been part of the practice since 2005 and is one of the friendly faces patients see at the front desk. She helps patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in, assisting with scheduling, payments, phone calls, and appointment changes.

Erin earned her degree in Apparel Merchandising and Business from Indiana University in 1996. She enjoys helping patients feel at ease, especially when they are nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure about the next step in their care. Her calm and helpful presence supports the practice’s goal of ensuring every patient feels heard and cared for.

Outside the office, Erin enjoys reading, cooking, watching sports, playing games, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. Fun fact: she has never had a cavity.

Dawn is a dental assistant at High + Henderson Dental, where she supports the doctors, hygiene team, sterilization, front desk, and overall patient care. With 22 years of office experience, Dawn brings a familiar, steady presence to the team and loves helping patients feel cared for.

Her patient care philosophy is simple and meaningful: treat every patient like family. She enjoys building relationships with patients and being part of a practice where people feel supported throughout their dental care.

Outside the office, Dawn enjoys camping, spending time with family, and being around animals. She also loves Mexican food, Billy Strings, and the Harry Potter series.
